Title: Process Engineer

Your key focus will be:
Provide process engineering support to proposals and studies
Develop deliverables such as PFDs, HMBs, Plant performance summary including utility consumption, basic equipment designs, and technical report.
Interface with various engineering disciplines, project management, R&D, Sales, and external partners as required
Actively contribute to innovation and process improvement
Participate in client meetings and presentations
The opportunity is best suited for an innovative individual with a solid process engineering background who aspires to grow into a well-round technical lead in front-end project development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:
B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering. EPC project experience preferred
Valid Professional Engineer licence – APEGA P. Eng. Required. Transfer from other Canadian provinces may be considered
Knowledge of gas separation technologies used in gas processing, gasification, carbon capture, or industrial gas processes
Knowledgeable in standard process engineering procedure and process simulation software
Strong verbal, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a small, developing, and entrepreneurial organisation; high level of flexibility and adaptability required
Strong relationship building skills, especially building relationships across a dispersed team
