Responsibilities

Design and implement effective lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum –

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, catering to different learning styles and abilities –

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians –

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and supports individual student needs –

Develop and maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns –

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum initiatives and school events –

Stay up to date with educational best practices and utilize innovative approaches to enhance the teaching and learning experience

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field –

Valid teaching certification or license –

Proven experience working with primary school students –

Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods –

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills –

Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans –

Patience and the ability to manage a classroom effectively –

Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students
