Duties
- Lead the daily process of updating prices on shelves, signage, and digital systems to reflect current promotions and inventory changes
- Manage file maintenance tasks, including organizing and filing pricing documents, planograms, and inventory records for easy access and accuracy
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure planograms are correctly implemented and aligned with store layouts
- Conduct regular data collection and analysis to identify pricing discrepancies, stock levels, and inventory trends
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock counts, stock replenishment, and control procedures
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to pricing or product placement
- Assist with training team members on proper file maintenance procedures, pricing updates, and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse team members and customers
- Strong analysis skills with experience in data collection, entry, and reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising principles, planograms, inventory control, and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members across departments and provide clear instructions
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing adjustments and stock management
- Administrative experience including filing, data entry, cash handling, cashiering, and time management
- Familiarity with retail software systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
