General Laborer / Press Operator – Warren, PA
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for multiple openings with a leading manufacturer of injection-molded products in Warren, PA. These positions involve press operation, assembly, and packaging duties in a fast-paced production environment. Training is available for candidates willing to learn and grow with the company.
Pay
- Starting at $14.25/hour
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift
Monday–Thursday | 5:15 AM – 3:45 PM
- 2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- 3rd Shift
Monday–Thursday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Weekend Shift
Friday–Sunday | 5:15 AM – 5:45 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production presses to manufacture finished products
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished goods according to company procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
