Food Prep. Maintain kitchen work area, restaurant equipment & utensils in clean & orderly condition. Sweep & mop floors. Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash dishes, pots, pans & trays.Take out garbage & sort recycling. Must be available to work days and weekends.
