We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (spanish) Precast Foreman to lead our precast manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. Your leadership will drive teamwork, coordinate fabrication processes, and maintain high standards across all aspects of precast assembly. Duties
- Supervise daily precast production activities, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes to move materials efficiently within the facility
- Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools for fabrication and assembly tasks
- Conduct quality inspections of precast elements to meet engineering specifications and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve production issues promptly
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in [Spanish], enabling effective communication across diverse teams
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, machining, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with materials handling, heavy equipment operation, and warehouse management
- Skilled in assembly techniques using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and millwork tools

- Familiarity with forklift operation and safety procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
