Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Precast Concrete Laborer and be a vital part of creating durable, high-quality precast concrete products used in various building projects. In this role, you will assist in the casting and finishing of precast concrete elements. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help us deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Setup of pre-made form work, installation of rebar, casting concrete pieces, and finishing the surfaces of completed pieces.
- Perform heavy lifting and assist with the transportation of precast panels using a forklift.
Requirements:
- Prior construction experience with exposure to concrete forming, masonry, or related trades preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools, reading tape measures, and forklift operation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Physical strength to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards.
- Knowledge of rebar installation and concrete finishing techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
