You will work closely with Account Executives to streamline pre-sales activities, analyze pricing from multiple vendors, and ensure high-quality quotes for clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Account Executives for quote development
• Source and document pricing from various vendors
• Prepare accurate, customer-ready quotes in Net Suite
• Manage requests through established intake processes
• Maintain documentation and communicate risks proactively
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years in pricing, quoting, or sales support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high volumes of work
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems preferred
