Pool Cleaner (Full-Time) – No Experience Needed, We Train
Pool Knights is a growing pool service company based in Sacramento, servicing Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado County. We are looking to hire a reliable, hard-working full-time Pool Cleaner. No experience is required, we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- No overtime
- Consistent weekly schedule
Pay
- Training period: $20/hour
- After training is completed (or immediately for those not requiring training): $22–$24/hour depending on performance
- Opportunities for additional earnings through extra work
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive a company-provided truck as part of daily service routes
- Perform routine pool service including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and clearing baskets to keep pools clean and presentable
- Test water regularly and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain proper balance and safety
- Check pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to ensure everything is running correctly
- Identify and report any equipment issues or irregularities
- Follow all safety procedures while working and maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Use the app to log services, track chemicals, and keep accurate records of each pool
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to handle physical work (lifting, bending, walking routes)
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs (chemical buckets, equipment)
- Comfortable driving daily routes between service locations
- Able to work independently and stay on schedule without supervision
- This is a fast-paced position with multiple pools serviced per day
- Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance
- Good attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Looking for someone interested in long-term growth with the company
