Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMO to support a high-impact transformation within the AdminAdvantage Operations team. This role will drive execution across multiple change initiatives, including automation programs, new service rollouts, and the evolution toward a future-state Target Operating Model.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in operational transformation, organizational readiness, and cross-functional project delivery. You will act as a central coordinator across teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring teams are prepared for change.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Develop and manage integrated project plans and transformation roadmaps
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively resolve blockers
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution
Automation & Process Enablement
- Partner with operations and technology teams to support automation initiatives
- Document and manage operational impacts of process changes
- Define transition plans from legacy/manual processes to automated solutions
Operating Model & Organizational Readiness
- Support Target Operating Model design and implementation
- Assess impacts across people, processes, and tools
- Develop readiness plans including training, capacity planning, and role clarity
- Prepare teams for scaling operations and new service adoption
Change & Stakeholder Management
- Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and leadership discussions
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders
Governance & Reporting
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and decision forums
- Deliver concise updates to leadership on delivery status and risks
- Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation
Core Technical Skills
Required
- End-to-end project delivery and roadmap ownership
- Experience supporting large-scale operational or organizational transformation
- Organizational readiness and change impact assessment (people, process, tools)
- Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership communication
- Risk, dependency, and issue management
Preferred
- Experience with automation initiatives and process transitions
- Governance setup, executive reporting, and decision frameworks
- Workshop facilitation and cross-functional alignment
- Target Operating Model design or implementation
Nice to Have
- Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Certifications such as PMP, Prosci, or equivalent
