Plumbing Apprentices – New Construction & Service Jobs in Bend, OR at Severson Plumbing and Mechanical
Severson Plumbing is growing! We’re currently looking to hire:
- Apprentices for our New Construction team
- Apprentices for our Residential & Service Plumbing team
If you’re already in the apprenticeship program, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable, family-owned company and continue your path to becoming a licensed plumber.
What You’ll Do:
New Construction Apprentices:
- Assist with commercial rough-in and top-out plumbing
- Read plans and blueprints to support layout and installation
- Work alongside journeyman plumbers to install systems from the ground up
- Handle materials, fittings, and prep work on job sites
Service Plumbing Apprentice:
- Ride along with experienced service plumbers on residential and small business calls
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
- Learn customer interaction and troubleshooting in real-time
- Prepare tools, clean up, and help with parts retrieval
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in the plumbing apprenticeship program
- Clean driver’s license (required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
- Ability to lift heavy pipe and materials, work on ladders, and in crawl spaces when needed
