Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbers to join our team.
Looking for the following positions
1-site formen
1-journeymen
3-apprentices all years
Sub contractors
Work is for commercial construction residential tower work to include installation of drainage , water , gas ,heating and cooling . Jobs are downtown and rite out front of the c train .
Day and night shifts available.
Duties:
– Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
– Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters
– Cut, assemble, and weld pipes using various tools and techniques
– Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
– Repair or replace broken or damaged pipes, valves, or fixtures
– Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems
– Provide guidance and support to apprentices or less experienced plumbers
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
– Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
– Ability to build, assemble, and weld pipes accurately
– Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
– Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
– Physical strength for heavy lifting and maneuvering of equipment
– Attention to detail for precise installation and repairs

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekends as needed
