Plumber Journeyperson Jobs in New Glasgow, NS at EASTCUT Wood Building Solutions
Reporting to the Plumbing Supervisor, as a Production Line Plumber at EASTCUT, you will play a vital role for the Macklan Group of Companies. In this role, you will install and rough in plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes, ensuring that plumbing meets building codes and works well with other building systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install plumbing fixtures, drainage, waterlines, and venting
- Following safety procedures, identifying, and mitigating safety hazards
- Read and understand blueprints and plumbing drawings specifications
- Track changes in the drawings and provide the Asbuilt drawings to the supervisor
- Passion for safety and working as part of a team of people
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems as they arise
- Reliable and punctual employee
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience in Commercial, Industrial, and residential plumbing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Some travel may be required
- Journeyperson / Red Seal Certification
Rate of Pay
