Duties:
– Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
– Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
– Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
– Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure efficient project completion
– Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues
– Respond to service calls and provide field service as needed
– Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions
– Conduct basic math calculations to measure and cut pipes accurately
Requirements:
– Mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
– Experience in Plumbing or related field is a plus
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints for plumbing installations
– Proficiency in assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures
– Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces
Note: Plumbing skills are are required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 – $2,500.00 per week
