Job Summary
We have been in business for 50 years in the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a skilled lath and plaster professional with experience working on high-rise and multi-family apartment buildings.
Responsibilities
- Install metal lath systems for large-scale projects.
- Apply multi-coat plaster systems (scratch, brown, finish).
- Work on exterior and interior surfaces, including high elevations.
- Repair and match existing plaster on multi-unit buildings.
- Follow job site safety standards and work efficiently in a team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lath and plaster (commercial preferred).
- Experience working on scaffolding, lifts or high-rise structures.
- Knowledge of safety procedures (OSHA awareness preferred).
- Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain quality at scale.
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
Preferred
- Experience with stucco systems or EIFS.
- Familiarity with large crew coordination.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
