  • Work closely with different departments to gather and verify information, ensuring consistency.
  • Organize and manage internal information sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Update and maintain internal databases and information systems.
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering Design, Drafting, or Construction or a related field. Completion of at least 1 year of the program is necessary.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams) and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to complete work on time with high quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team is necessary.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing scenarios with efficiency and thoroughness while thinking critically about solutions to complex problems.

Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2026.
  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
