In your role, you will Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties Assist the Capacity Planner or Work planners on a daily basis Create reports for management Working with internal departments to ensure data is gathered as required by the Capacity Planner and Work Planners Helping to disseminate necessary information to the relevant departments Responsible for helping the Capacity Planner and Work Planners with ensuring that they assist with the day-to-day work planning and capacity planning workloads As our ideal candidate,
You have
basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

strong verbal and written
communication skills
