Overview
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Pizza Maker / Driver to join our team. Pizza Making experience is requeired. This role combines culinary skills with safe and efficient delivery, ensuring our customers receive high-quality pizza with excellent service. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and capable of handling physical tasks involved in food preparation and delivery.
Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and standards, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other culinary tools.
- Package pizzas for delivery, ensuring they are secure and presentable.
- Safely navigate routes to deliver orders promptly while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm orders and address any concerns or special requests.
- Load and unload supplies or equipment as needed, including moving heavy items within the warehouse or storage areas.
- Use commercial driving skills to operate delivery vehicles safely, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and delivery vehicle to meet health standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation or warehouse work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically move items such as boxes or equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation for timely deliveries and commuting to work locations. Pay: $17.20-$24.92 per hour
