Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked safely and meets food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
- Assist in food handling and storage procedures to prevent contamination
- Serve customers at the counter or in a dine-in setting with friendly and professional service
- Follow proper food handling procedures during meal preparation and service
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience in the food industry, particularly with meal preparation or pizza making, is a plus
- Strong understanding of serving customers with professionalism and efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
