Full job description
Antica Pizzeria is a long-time pizzeria with a patio featuring wood-fired pizza & pasta dishes in a contemporary interior. They are seeking a pizza cook/pizza prep for their restaurant located at 5785 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2G 3L6. The applicant must have aminimum of one year pizza experience. Wages are $20 to $26 per hour. Plus Tips
Prepare and cook pizza
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Maintain clean work area
Experience with a wood oven strongly encouraged, however any pizza prep experience is acceptable
Willingness to learn
Ability to work in co-operation with others in high volume and fast paced kitchen
Communication skills and a commitment to a supportive and positive work environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Food safe certificate is required.
