Full job description
Responsibilities:
– Weld and fabricate pipes according to blueprints and specifications
– Rig piping systems
– Utilize hand tools and welding equipment to assemble and install pipes
– Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout of piping systems
– Maintain and repair existing pipe systems
– Build pipe supports and hangers as needed
Skills:
– Proficient in welding techniques for pipefitting
– Ability to rig piping systems safely and efficiently
– Skilled in using hand tools for pipe assembly
– Knowledge of blueprint reading to understand pipe layouts
– Capable of maintaining and repairing pipe systems
– Strong mechanical knowledge for pipefitting tasks
– Experience with calipers for accurate measurements
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 84 per week
