Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team.
Part-time or full-time opportunities are available. This role offers flexibility, internal referrals, administrative support, and the opportunity to build and grow your caseload within a well-established clinic.
The ideal candidate is confident managing a musculoskeletal caseload, values active rehabilitation, and thrives in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
- Implement evidence-based manual therapy and exercise programming
- Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, prognosis, and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the clinic to ensure integrated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Build and manage an independent caseload
- QualificationsRegistered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and exercise prescription skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Assets (not required)Experience working with athletes or active populations
- Experience working with youth and/or pediatric populations
- Post-operative rehabilitation experience
- Certification in acupuncture, dry needling, pelvic health, vestibular therapy, or concussion management
- Additional certifications or advanced manual therapy training
