Physical Therapist (Med/Surg) – $72K–$114K + $15K Bonus
Schedule:
Full-Time
Day Shift with rotating weekend/holiday coverage
Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to provide high quality care in a Med/Surg and acute care environment.

MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Acute care or rehabilitation experience
- Experience working in Med/Surg environments
- Flexible to cross-train between ARU, outpatient, and inpatient departments
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Evaluate and treat patients in acute care and Med/Surg settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports
Pay: $72,800.00 – $114,400.00 per year
