Qualifications
- Strong patient care skills with a solid understanding of physiology and anatomy
- Proficiency in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques
- Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans
- Background in working with diverse populations, including geriatrics and orthopedics
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Administer physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and exercise regimens.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, including discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
