Position: Full-Time Phone Representative
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Permanent Phone Representative. This pivotal role within our office team requires someone who thrives on engaging in meaningful conversations over the telephone, text message, and email. The ideal candidate enjoys the challenge of making a high volume of outbound calls, tracking data, and following predefined scripts. If you are enthusiastic about helping people, love talking to them, and excel at working independently to accomplish daily tasks while keeping score, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to patients daily (approximate number provided during interview process)
Track all phone calls and maintain accurate records
Learn provided scripts and participate in daily role-play with team members
Handle phone calls and inquiries in alignment with our mission and vision
Enforce office policies while delivering exceptional customer service
Assist patients as needed, providing answers and support
Work on a computer in real-time while engaging in phone conversations
Report daily phone results to leadership
Connect with patients via phone, text message, and email, ensuring clear and effective communication
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills are essential, as all our patients have hearing loss and need to hear representatives clearly and easily
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively
Previous customer service experience preferred
Must be available to work full-time hours, 9-5
Must enjoy the challenge of a high-volume, fast-paced calling environment
