Become SOURCES Community Resource Society’s Philanthropy & Communications Director in South Surrey/White Rock, BC. This hybrid role focuses on visionary leadership in fundraising and strategic communications with some travel.
As the Executive Director, you will lead the organization’s efforts in cultivating donor relationships while collaborating closely with the CEO and Board. This senior role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution to heighten SOURCES’ community impact and visibility across its service regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set overall fundraising and communications vision
• Collaborate with executive teams for organizational goals
• Expand donor pipelines and grant strategies
• Enhance brand visibility and strategic messaging
• Oversee team operations and mentorship
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in fund development or communications
• Successful track record in major gift fundraising
• Strong team leadership and management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• CFRE designation preferred
