– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
– Maintain a clean and organized work area

– Pharmacy Software experience: Kroll (Telus Health Solutions)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication names
– Proficient computer skills for data entry and insurance claim processing
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
