Job description
A small independent pharmacy inside waiting room of an established Medical clinic in Liberty Village downtown Toronto
Must have a minimum of 2 years pharmacy retail in Ontario. Should be familiar with Kroll. We also use Scriptpro robot. Script count 75 rx/day
Store hours:
Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm
Sat: 9-4
Closed Sundays and Holidays
Responsibilities and Duties
Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,
Data entry of patient care information into Kroll
Third Party adjudication
Accurate dispensing prescription medications using ScriptPro Robot
Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems,
General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary,
Handling customer prescription pick up,
Qualifications and Skills
Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant; at least 3 years
Superior customer service, quick acknowledgement of customers
multi-task, answering phones etc
excellent organizational skills and detail orientation;
strong communication skills;
highly motivated self starter;
ability to multitask and adapt to work well in busy environment;
proficient computer/data/entry skills.
Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
team player willing to build business brand
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50 per hour
