About the Role
The Pharmacist will be responsible for daily pharmacist duties in a community pharmacy setting, including prescription verification, patient counseling, supervising technicians, supporting workflow, and helping maintain a smooth, compliant, patient-focused operation.

What You’ll Do
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
- Counsel patients and answer medication-related questions
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Help maintain efficient pharmacy workflow
- Ensure compliance with New York State and federal pharmacy laws
- Communicate with prescribers, patients, and staff as needed
- Support immunizations, clinical services, and pharmacy growth initiatives when applicable
- Bring a positive, professional, team-first attitude to the pharmacy
About You
You are a licensed pharmacist who takes pride in providing quality care. You communicate well, stay organized, and can manage the daily pace of a pharmacy while keeping patients at the center.

Requirements
- Active New York Pharmacist license in good standing
- Retail or independent pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to supervise technicians and support daily workflow

- Immunization certification preferred, but not required unless needed by the pharmacy
Schedule
