Duties and Responsibilities

- Travel to company offices and customer locations to complete service and sales calls, or to fulfill duties as required. Provide outstanding customer service as a representative of Daly Termite & Pest Management LLC.*
- Communicate in real time with customers, office staff, and management to coordinate schedules and complete work assignments. Assist with the resolution of client issues.*
- Perform pest management services for all types of clients as needed. Inspect, diagnose, and treat a variety of common-to-complex pest issues. Educate customers on pest prevention best practices. Develop knowledge of company offerings, and recommend services to customers as appropriate, and propose estimates for additional or continuing work. Complete all required documentation and sales transactions after each job.*
- Develop knowledge of the pest control industry, and attain and maintain an array of professional licenses and certifications as required to perform duties as they relate to this position. Maintain a proper level of licensure.*
- Ensure that company vehicles and equipment are properly cleaned, maintained, and presented.*
- Adhere to all company protocols, policies, and procedures.*
- Perform other related duties as assigned.*

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent degree; and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Availability to Work: Daytime availability is required, including Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work is required as needed.
