Pest Control Technician
For this role we’re looking for someone who can treat residential structures and also perform rodent exclusion work for mice and rats.
If you’ve got a CT pesticide license and you know your way around sealing a structure, closing gaps, and solving rodent problems at the source—this is what we’re looking for.
This Role Is For You If …
- You’re licensed and take pride in pest control as your craft
- Excel at eliminating insect/pest infestations & you’ve also done rodent exclusion work
- When excluding you take pride in clean, tight finishes
- Termite, tick & mosquito experience is helpful, training & licensing provided
- You’d rather fix the problem correctly the first time
What You will Actually Do…
- Perform initial start and route services as needed
- Rodent (mouse/rat) proof structures
- Perform services with a focus on prevention and long-term results
- Educate customers like an expert
What You Need
- CT Pest Control License (required)
- Tech experience doing initial or start services
- Experience performing rodent exclusion work, or you have a light carpentry background, rodent exclusion training is provided.
- Clean driving record
- High standards. This is not a “good enough” company
- Ability to work independently and manage your day like a pro
