Expected Hours:Minimum 40 hours per week
Pay:$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (plus yearly bonus and performance incentives)

Responsibilities
* Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties
* Conduct detailed inspections to identify pest issues and recommend treatment plans
* Apply pest control products safely and in accordance with company protocols and state regulations
* Communicate clearly with clients to address concerns and explain service procedures
* Maintain accurate service records and reports
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
* Registered Pest Control Technician (or willingness to become registered)
* Previous pest control experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 /hour
