You’ll work closely with the Nursing Restorative team to enhance independence and comfort during daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Support bathing routines with dignity and respect
• Encourage resident independence through tailored cues
• Maintain accurate documentation during care
• Collaborate with the Nursing/Restorative team for effective care goals
Requirements:
• PSW certification with 600+ hours of training
• Experience in long-term care or similar environments
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Commitment to best practices in infection control
• Ability to work rotating shifts with reliability
