Participation in education sessions and onboarding new staff members is also required, ensuring adherence to Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor care and report to supervisors accordingly
• Document resident care details as directed
• Attend staff meetings and educational sessions
• Assist in onboarding new team members
• Follow all IPAC policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Program
• Meet Ministry vocational standards
• Knowledge of treatments and bedside care
• Understanding of sanitation and cleaning processes
• Familiarity with geriatric care needs
