, where it is fun to work summary of the position under the authority of the unit manager, the personal lines damage insurance broker advises personal line clients on various insurance companies’ products in order to meet their needs. In addition, they provide customer service and the necessary follow-up for each client.
your tasks and responsibilities will be: greet, listen, and advise the customer; analyze the needs, recommend the best product, and offer the appropriate service; seize sales and referral opportunities; enter and update the customer file according to the established standards; enter activities in the system and in the customer file according to the standards; carry out all correspondence (letters, communications, etc.);
