We are hiring a Personal Assistant for one of our clients. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, specifically supporting someone as a Personal Assistant, not a quasi-EA/PA role. This is a full-on Personal Assistant role.
This role will be hybrid in nature, working from your home and, at times, from our client's home (Downtown, Toronto).
This role requires a car (all kilometres travelled for business purposes will be paid for).
This role requires someone with the utmost respect for confidentiality.
This role, on a daily basis, can be involved with any of the following tasks:
- Running errands in the city
- Calendar management
- Trip planning/event planning
- Overseeing other household staff
- Booking appointments
This role requires someone who is highly organised, someone who thinks ahead and anticipates needs.
This role has a base salary in the $90,000 – $110,000 range, strong benefits and a vacation package.
