Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, restoration, and painting, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. The Tradesman will play a vital part in delivering high-quality craftsmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency on all job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction tasks including carpentry, rigging, and caulking to meet project specifications
- Execute residential, commercial, and industrial painting, including surface preparation and finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Apply restoration techniques to refurbish or repair existing structures
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, restoration, or painting industries
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in residential, commercial, and industrial painting techniques including surface preparation and finishing
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry, rigging, caulking, and painting projects
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and painting environments

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
