As a Co-op student in your 3rd or 4th year of a Food Science or Engineering program, you will collaborate on product testing and development. You will engage with vendors and work cross-functionally to ensure successful launches while actively participating in productivity initiatives that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform testing of new and existing product formulations
• Assist in the preparation for market launches
• Engage in vendor collaboration for ingredient qualification
• Manage data collection for nutritional analysis
• Participate in product improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Food Science or related degree program
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs is an asset
