Mark Anthony Group is experiencing remarkable growth, and with that, our Corporate People Operations team in Vancouver is looking to add a People Operations Partner. In this role, you will partner directly with our business leaders in our IT group as the single point of contact to the People Operations function. You will ensure that People Operations programs meet the needs of their specific business and are responsible for alignment, buy-in and execution of all people programs within their designated client groups.
What You Will Do:
Provide HR expertise and apply best practices on regular HR business cycles
Provide proactive workforce planning and talent management to ensure roles are always staffed with top talent for today and tomorrow
Be a trusted advisor and coach to leadership and play a critical role in enhancing leadership effectiveness ensuring there are clearly defined goals to deliver business objectives
Participate in the development and implementation of People Operations policies, practices and programs ensuring regulatory risk management
Proactively cultivate and maintain a positive and highly engaged culture, a motivated workforce, and an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset through strong management practices and team-building events
Ensure employees are trained with the right capabilities and skills

Your Critical Relationships:
People Operations Field Teams, People Operations CoE teams: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Technology, Learning & Development, Payroll, Office Services, Employees, Managers, and BU Leaders
What You Have:
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, HR or related from a recognized institution
Able to drive programs to execution, and manage workstreams to achieve tangible results
Project and change management skills
Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organisation
What You Will Learn In This Role:
Building structure, discipline and operationalizing for delivery
Workforce planning, development initiatives, talent management, succession planning, project & change management
Management and prioritization of multiple workstreams and objectives
Enhanced industry and cross functional expertise in Bev /Alch Business
