CFs and New Graduates Encouraged to Apply!
Ring Therapy Services (RTS) is a small, family-owned pediatric speech therapy practice based in beautiful Southwest Florida specializing in early language development and preschool-aged children. Founded by a husband-and-wife team raising four young children of our own, we understand firsthand the importance of flexibility, communication, support, and work-life balance both for the families we serve and the clinicians we work alongside.
We intentionally built the kind of pediatric practice we wished existed when we were clinicians ourselves. Supportive, collaborative, flexible, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of pediatric settings including schools, preschools, private therapy sessions, teletherapy, and our warm downtown Fort Myers therapy space. We believe this variety creates a more balanced and engaging work week while allowing clinicians to grow their confidence, think critically, and discover the settings they enjoy most.
