Elevate payroll operations as a Team Lead specializing in compliance and process improvement. Support a hybrid working environment for an engaged employee base.

As a critical component of the payroll team, you will coordinate daily payroll operations, ensuring strict adherence to legislation and internal protocols. Bringing 5-7 years of payroll expertise, you will maintain payroll data integrity and lead team efforts in enhancing overall employee experience. Your communication will facilitate alignment across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day payroll processing and support activities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll transactions

• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll audits

• Facilitate process enhancements for operational efficiency

• Serve as a key point of contact for complex inquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or related discipline

• 5–7 years of progressive payroll management experience

• Required PCP designation; CPM considered a plus

• Proficiency with payroll systems, especially UKG

• Proven leadership skills in multi-entity contexts

Lead critical payroll functions while fostering compliance and enhancing service delivery across all levels.
