As part of Rippling’s Global EOR Equity Services, you will report directly to the Global EOR Equity Program Manager. This role demands a strong payroll background while assisting clients through the complexities of taxable equity income and related compliance challenges across nations. Your strategic input will help optimize processes as the service expands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate equity payroll operations across various countries
• Guide clients on proper taxable income reporting strategies
• Facilitate payroll for equity events such as stock options
• Educate clients on equity income and tax withholding nuances
• Collaborate with Payroll and Tax Operations to enhance setup
Requirements:
• 5+ years in payroll operations or tax compliance
• Knowledge of equity types and taxable income handling
• Experience in EOR or PEO environments preferred
• Strong communication skills for non-expert audiences
• Excellent Excel skills for data analysis
