Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
- Process loans accurately by evaluating collateral, calculating loan amounts using basic math skills, and managing documentation efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management duties.
- Utilize financial software to process loans, payments, and inventory updates efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using financial software and typing tasks for data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide information about loan options, store policies, and financial services to enhance customer experience.
Skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in retail sales, banking, or financial services environments is highly desirable but not required
- Proficient in basic math, retail math, and cash handling procedures.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and cash management best practices.
