Become the first point of contact at our imaging facility in Brandon. As a Patient Services Representative, you will register patients, verify information, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
This full-time role requires greeting and assisting patients as they arrive for radiologic procedures. You will gather necessary documents, check for completed preparations, and update accounts for returning patients. Providing excellent customer service is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check-in patients efficiently and kindly
• Verify required documents for each patient’s exam
• Gather necessary prescriptions and referrals in advance
• Update returning patient information accurately
• Record payments and assist with scheduling exams
Requirements:
• One year of experience in a medical office
• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Proficient with computer software and typing
• Excellent communication skills in a customer service setting
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology
