  • Optimize clinician time by scheduling appointments according to provider specifications or templates.
  • Screen calls to determine if physician or clinical staff should take the call. Refer/re-route calls as needed.
  • Travel between two locations.
  • Patient chart preparation.
  • Works within EMR scheduler, under appointment flow, notifying clinical staff of patient’s arrival via EMR scheduler check in and check out process.
  • Confirm necessary appointments, reschedule and cancel appointments, follow up with patients who “No show” utilizing our automated confirmation system.
  • Maintains a professional, orderly, clean and secure front desk and reception area.
  • Review paperwork to ensure the patient is registered correctly.
  • Scan documents to patient electronic chart.
  • Collects co-payments or past due balances.
  • Obtain insurance referrals from primary care physician.
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
