This exciting hybrid position (in-office/remote) is based in the vibrant heart of Midtown Toronto, offering flexibility while allowing you to make a real impact on patients’ lives
Key Responsibilities
Present treatment options to prospective patients across different regions through virtual & in-person meetings.
Provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
Manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
Enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
Proficiently use computer tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, EMR systems for follow-up tasks, and managing patient-related activities.
Key Qualifications
Strong interest in the medical field with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Proven experience in customer service or retention within relevant industries such as medical aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury services
Experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative is considered an asset.
Demonstrated ability to exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Strong desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Empathy and active listening skills.
Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and grace.
The expected compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000.
