Sault Area Hospital (SAH) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Patient Care Manager for the Cardiology Program. Reporting to the Director of the Emergency Department & Regional Programs, the Manager will lead a dynamic and growing regional cardiology program that includes inpatient, outpatient, and procedural services.
As a regional program, Cardiology is accountable to Cor Health Ontario and works in close collaboration with Ontario Health and regional partners. The Manager is responsible for ensuring program performance meets provincial expectations, while supporting continued program growth including expanded interventional cardiology services and increasing outpatient volumes.
The successful candidate will be a strong, collaborative leader with demonstrated ability to work effectively with physicians, unionized staff, and interdisciplinary teams in a complex healthcare environment. They will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, human resources, and quality initiatives of the Cardiology Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
