Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
– Decorate pastries and cakes with precision and attention to detail
– Ensure proper food handling, packaging, and storage to maintain freshness and quality
– Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely production
– Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in a pastry or bakery setting is preferred
– Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including cake decorating and various baking methods
– Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality products
– Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills for pastry decoration
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
– Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
