PASTORING AND MINISTERING:
– Coordinate Bible fellowships and classes where Biblical principles are taught.

– Send various financial and activity reports and communications to The Way International, and distribute communications from The Way International to leadership in France.
Job Description for Pastor/Minister in Montreal, Quebec:
– Work with the Quebec province coordinator and Canada country coordinator to achieve the ministry’s goals in Quebec.
Coordinate Bible fellowships and make teachings from The Way International available.
– Organize and run Bible research classes.
– Oversee other Bible fellowship coordinators in the Laval and North Montreal area, supporting their ministering abilities.
– Oversee and coordinate various larger meetings (100-150 people) and classes throughout the year, supporting the teaching of the Bible. This includes securing suitable locations, establishing budgets, sending financial proposals, setting meeting agendas, and coordinating volunteer groups.
