Our client in London is currently hiring a Pasteurizing Operator to join the production team (food manufacturing setting). The ideal candidate has previous pasteurizing experience (required) and a strong understanding of food safety standards, including GMP and HACCP.
Location: London, ON
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, day shift
Key Responsibilities
- Operate pasteurizing and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform weighing, staging, and blending of ingredients
- Complete equipment sanitation and housekeeping tasks
- Monitor product quality and ensure it meets company standards
- Accurately complete production documentation and records
- Troubleshoot equipment and support minor maintenance activities
- Follow all Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and Health & Safety policies
- Support production line operations as needed
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Previous pasteurizing experience (required)
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience (food production preferred)
- Experience operating production or mixing equipment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
Assets (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in food or dairy manufacturing
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and safe food handling practices
